This FAQ section is divided into topics built specifically for each type of clc.com user. Each section consists only of questions (and answers) that are most frequently asked by the respective type of clc.com user.
You may also use the “Search” function located at the top right corner of this page for an extensive search. However, using this function will return all references to your submission from throughout the website and the archives.
Search Tips:
· Use a single keyword that best represents the subject you need
· If too many “hits” are returned, add an additional word or phrase to narrow the search.
· If a search returns unhelpful information, try using another keyword related to the subject needed.

Your email should include your company name of record and your return email or phone number as well as a full description of the information/assistance you seek.
