TITLE: Graphic Design Intern
SUPERVISOR: Graphics Manager
DEPT: Corporate Communications
DIVISION: IMG College
Essential Functions:
·Assist in designing and updating existing designs for brochures, retail signage, invitations, flyers, and other marketing collateral materials; prepare materials for print
·Assist in Graphics Manager in conceptualizing and designing new collegiate logos and brand identities for CLC clients
·Assist in the development of graphics and printed pieces to support CLC-owned brands like College Colors Day, College Vault, Homecoming, and others.
·Assist with the layout and production of new business proposals
·Assist in the development or updating of web graphics or website design.
·Assist in development of Powerpoint templates, charts, graphics and other presentation materials as needed
·Assist in maintaining logo files on the server for centralized distribution
·Assist in developing various employee communication pieces (posters, email, cards).
·Assist with repurposing of photos and images through Photoshop
Requirements:
·Experience in graphic design field or project-related work with samples of work
·Strong knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Powerpoint software, proficient with Mac OS platform
·Working knowledge of Word and Excel.
·Solid understanding of page layout, typography and print production
·Excellent communication, client service and project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
·Creative basic knowledge/interest in collegiate design skills, interest in sports industry a plus

Overtime required occasionally
